Software Tools for interactive distance Learning
Learn.net’s Communications and Distance Education
(CADE) platform allows you to deliver and measure the effectiveness of
interactive learning to distant learners. With the CADE system you can
deliver live or on-demand training to your employees at their PCs, in
a remote conference room, or on their mobile devices. CADE allows you
to deliver this training via the internet, or via
satellite. Learn.net’s learning management systems (LMS)
automatically tracks
your employees' attendance and their performance, and reports on
the status of all sessions including mandatory (compliance) training. CADE allows you to
deliver training in a blended format, "just in time, just in place, and
just enough".
One of CADE's unique solutions is the Instructor Guide, a storyboard-like “authoring tool” that allows you to organize your training according to learning objects. Inside this Guide, you can assemble all of your presentation materials including slides, videos, and tests/quizzes which makes for an easy and consistent delivery of your presentation by yourself, or with one of your peers.
eTutor is
Learn.net's web-collaboration system designed to
deliver live and interactive training at a distance. Unlike other
webinar tools, eTutor was designed from the ground up as a training
system by incorporating two-way audio and video, LMS tracking and several unique
collaboration tools. eTutor instructors or your subject matter
experts can be located anywhere (via an internet connection).
If your IT department requires all servers behind your
firewall, Learn.net can do that; otherwise Learn.net can provide a
turnkey solution as a service (SaaS). CADE can interface with your
legacy HRIS and ERP, and even with your existing LMS systems.
Deployment time is 30 days or less, with a typical
payback period (ROI) of less than 3 months!
